Blue Warehou – Whole, Gilled, Gutted and Scaled

Blue Warehou is local favourite and can be found in most fish n’ chip shops. It is known well for its meaty flesh and versatility. We love using Blue Warehou in our battered fish of the day or to make up our famous raw fish salad.

Blue Warehou is around 3kg per fish so minimum order is 3kg.
