Blue Warehou – Fillets, Skinned and Boned

Blue Warehou is a Wellington favourite and seen in many reputable Fish n Chip shops as the fresh fish of the day. We harvest our Blue Warehou right outside our front door in the Wild Cook Strait! It is firm and versitile, cooked in various ways. This is a great option for people with little experience ccoking seafood as it does not break easily. HOT TIP: Be careful not to over cook as it can dry out quickly. Product of New Zealand.
