Already placed a Christmas pre-order? Here’s some helpful information.
What happens next?
Once you have placed your order, leave the rest to us. We’ll pick, pack and send your goods away scheduled for delivery on your preferred date.
Courier tracking details will be emailed on the afternoon of dispatch, usually the day before your selected delivery date. Please do not expect tracking information before then. If you provided a valid mobile number, you will also receive text notifications once your order has been collected.
Why has my order already been marked as fulfilled?
As a way to manage our processing lists during our busiest period, your order may be fulfilled earlier than you expected. But don’t worry, your order will be scheduled for delivery on your preferred date. Your tracking notification will indicate when it has been dispatched from us.
What time will my order be delivered?
While we cannot guarantee a delivery time for your order, you will receive a text and/or email push notification each step of the parcel journey:
– Pick Up
– Out for delivery
– Delivery
This will provide an indication of when your parcel will be delivered. For queries regarding and ETD of your parcel once dispatched, please contact NZ Couriers directly. Find your nearest branch here.
Delivery on Sat 21 Dec
If you select delivery on Sat 21 Dec, please ensure your address can be serviced by NZ Couriers on Saturday.
Picking up your order?
If you have placed an order for collection your order will be ready to collect between 10am – 5pm on your chosen date. Note we do not send pick up notification emails so please arrive on the day you selected.
Orders are to be collected from our warehouse Address to be confirmed.
Orders will not be held at our shop.
Local delivery will not be available for Christmas pre-orders
You may receive a phone call from our team to check if we can send your order a little earlier. We’ll be doing this to ensure your order arrives safe and sound and avoids the courier chaos! Our focus will be getting frozen orders out earlier.
Non-compliant orders
If orders are not placed correctly (IE non XMAS PRE-ORDER items are ordered) we reserve the right to dispatch or cancel orders without notification. We endeavour to make contact before doing so.
Reminder: With Christmas falling on a Wednesday, our final delivery will be just one day prior. To avoid any courier delays, we recommend selecting an earlier delivery date and freezing your seafood upon arrival. Simply thaw it for Christmas Day to enjoy the best quality. Please note that delivery on Tue 24 Dec (Christmas Eve) has limited slots, so we suggest opting for Fri 20 Dec or Sat 21 Dec instead.
