Tarakihi – Fillets, Skinned and Boned

Tarakihi is truely a Wellington favourite, although it has been adopted by the rest of New Zealand in recent years. Tarakihi is caught in the Cook Strait year round. It has a medium to firm white flesh and is suitable for most cooking methods. Product of New Zealand.
